Parking Lot Complete

Our Connors Hill parking lot renovation is complete! As a reminder, the city required us to update our parking lot design before going ahead with other work on our property. This parking lot was “grandfathered” in when Central purchased it from a KFC decades ago. The result was that we were parking illegally on a large portion of the parking lot. With the completion of this parking lot, we are now using only legal spaces, we have dramatically improved the look and feel of this section of our property, and we are free to move forward with other development options.
